Q: Can I pay the tour fee when picking up?

A: No, we only accept payment in advance.

Q: Are there discounts provided if I purchase multiple tours?

Answer: No. We are a travel agency and sell travel projects through commission. We have already provided the lowest price and cannot further discount.

However, we may be able to offer discounts for groups of 10 or more, please email to inquire.

Q: How do I book a tour if I can't pay online?

A: We offer cash payment option, you need to transfer the money from a bank or self-service deposit machine in Thailand to our bank account two days before the tour.

Please select cash payment at the checkout page.

Q: When is the latest I can book a tour?

A: Our online reservations close 48 hours before the tour and reservations cannot be processed after that.

Q: Can I be picked up from a private residence?

Answer: No, we only pick up and drop off from hotels or inns.

If you are staying in a private accommodation, you need to find a nearby hotel and wait for pick-up in the lobby.

Q: How many people will be on the boat?

Answer: Speedboat: Maximum capacity is about 35 people.

Small speed boats are only available for private charters.

Phi Phi Island Cruise: Up to about 400 people.

James Bond Island Cruise: Maximum of approximately 80 people.

James Bond Island Long Tail Boat: Maximum of approximately 50 people.

Small long tail boats are available for private charters only.

Catamaran: Maximum approximately 65 people.

Fishing boat: Maximum of about 15 people.

Q: Are free airport transfers provided when purchasing multiple tours?

Answer: No, we do not provide airport pick-up service.

Q: What happens if the tour is canceled by the tour operator?

A: You will be notified before travel and can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Q: Can I cancel or change the tour date?

A: Yes, you can cancel or change most tours up to 2 days before the tour by sending an email requesting a change or cancellation.

The entire amount will be refunded (minus credit card processing fees) upon cancellation. Please see our terms and conditions.

Q: What if the weather is very bad that day?

A: Only the tour operator can cancel the tour before the tour starts due to weather conditions.

The weather in Phuket changes rapidly, with occasional sudden bursts of sunshine.

If you do not attend the tour due to weather, there are no refunds.

Q: How will I be picked up?

A: An air-conditioned minibus will come to your hotel and the driver will look for you in the lobby.

If you can't find it, you will ask reception.

At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Q: What if the bus doesn’t come to pick us up?

A: If the pick-up bus does not arrive within 15 minutes of the pick-up time specified on the travel voucher, please call the hotline on the travel voucher and we will contact the tour operator and call you back.

Q: What if I want vegetarian or halal food?

A: All tour operators offer vegetarian options.

Simply indicate in the info box on the shopping cart page that you require a vegetarian option and we will book it for you.

Halal food is available on all tours.

Q: What if I cannot print or forget to bring my travel voucher?

A: This is not a problem, but tour operators would like to see the tour voucher for easier management.

You can display the voucher on your phone or write down the voucher number.

Q: Do you pick up and drop off at Chow Clark, Phi Phi Island, Krabi or neighboring islands?

A: We do not pick up or drop off at Phi Phi Don, Krabi or neighboring islands.

For those in Joe Clark, we do transfers to tours close to Joe Clark such as Similan and Surin Tours, please email to ask how to book.

Q: Do you pick up and drop off cruise ship passengers?

A: No, we do not pick up and drop off cruise passengers as there are two different cruise arrival points in Phuket which are quite far apart.

Cruise ship arrival information is sometimes determined on the day and is not made public.

Q: Do you provide services from airport transfer to tour?

A: No, we do not offer transfers from the airport to tours as there are two different terminals, flights may be delayed and the check-in process from the airport may take a long time.

Q: Can I drive my own transportation to the tour meeting point?

A: Yes, please mention in the remarks box when booking that you would like to drive yourself to the tour.

We will include a map with the tour voucher and specify the latest time to arrive at the meeting point.

Please note that no refunds will be given if you do not arrive as specified.

Q: How do I find your office?

A: We only sell tours online, so we don’t have a physical office for customers to walk into.

We are legally registered in Thailand, you can refer to the reviews on our website.

In addition, we will provide online chat service and guarantee to respond to your questions within 24 hours.
